Registration Information

Please take note before you continue. Our full Enrolment Terms, Fees, Payment & Cancellation Policy, Code of Conduct, Irregularity Policy and Privacy Policy are on our website. Each link opens in a new tab, so you can read or save a copy. The most important points:

1. Cancelling in the first 7 days. Onboarding starts as soon as you pay: our staff and teachers begin welcoming the learner right away. You may cancel within 7 days of enrolling, and everything you paid is refunded except the minimum cancellation fee of R500. After that, one month's notice and a cancellation cost apply, calculated on the Elroi fee, and never less than the R500 minimum. How it is calculated
2. SACAI registration: Elroi registers the learner with SACAI only once the account is up to date.
3. Your first steps on the portal: once the registration fee is received and the application is approved, the portal takes you step by step through signing the agreements and the Declaration of Authenticity, uploading documents and a demo session. Full access to your courses opens as you complete them. If the account falls behind, access is suspended, and the learner can be deregistered from SACAI.
4. Formal assessments must be submitted on time. A learner who does not submit them may not be allowed to write the final exam.
5. Own work only. Cheating, plagiarism or breaking our Code of Conduct can lead to a zero mark, suspension or deregistration from Elroi Academy. See also our Irregularity Policy.

7. Grade 12 exam venues are subject to accessibility and availability.
8. Your personal information is used only as our Privacy Policy explains. We share it only with SACAI and the exam centres.
