As a private educational institution, Elroi Academy holds conservative Christian values. As an institution made up of individuals, we affirm:

that God exists and that the Bible is His Word and the final authority in all matters of faith and morals;
that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God;
the infinite worth, potential and value of each human being, created in the image of God;
the value and sanctity of life, which God alone can give;
the sanctity of gender, ordained by God as male and female;
the sanctity of marriage, a gift from God between a biological man and a biological woman;
the charge to all people to care for and love one another, with special care for the vulnerable and marginalised;
the responsibility to care for creation;
the instruction to pass on wisdom and knowledge to children and young people;
the importance of discernment, critical thinking and evaluation.

Elroi Academy is not a religious education institution. We do not force these values on learners or families, but our conduct, content and communication uphold them.
We do not discriminate against anyone who does not hold these values. They receive the same service, respect and opportunities, as long as this does not require us to compromise these values.
We may offer programmes that promote Christian values and ethics. Taking part is voluntary.
We may decline to promote programmes that are contrary to traditional biblical Christian beliefs.
